Conservation Assistance
Helping Landowners with Conservation Easements, Communications Coordination and Technical Writing at Affordable Prices
Experience and Qualifications - Cindy Southway, Owner/Advocate
Experience is extremely important in conservation easement projects, communication strategies and technical writing. The learning curve can be high and costly.
Cindy Southway has planned, coordinated and assisted many private landowners with conservation easement projects. She has worked with conservation easements since 1997. She started in the land conservation field as the first Executive Director of the Middle Park Land Trust. After leaving the land trust to help some friends with their hardware store, clients came to Cindy and asked her to help them with conservation easement project - that is how Conservation Assistance got started.
Cindy has also created and reviewed many, many baseline documentation reports for conservation easements. She is able to provide this service, but usually does not create baseline documentation reports when she is serving the client as a conservation easement advisor/advocate/coordinator.
